There are about fifteen different color palette generators, but the one provided by Adobe gives you the most options.
Starting with the Color Wheel tab, you can rotate through the following:
Analogous
Monochromatic
Triad
Complementary
Split Complementary
Double Split Complementary
Square
Compound
Shades
Custom
Next option is the Extract Theme. Upload a photo and extract colors from it and save them as a color palette.
With the Extract Gradient option, you again upload a photo and extract gradients and then save them as color gradients.
The final option and the one I find most important is Accessibility Tools. Under Tools, you have two options Color Blind Safe or Contrast Checker. Using the Color Blind Safe mode, you will get warnings on conflicting colors as a person who is color blind will see them. As you keep moving the selectors around you will eventually find a palette that will have no conflicts.
Using the Contract Checker, working with two colors, it will give you a Contrast Ratio between them. Working with the selectors, you move them back and forth until you get the Pass check mark.
Other popular color generators
Canva
Coolors
Muzli Colors
ColorSpace
Like so many things on the internet, I could spend hours, playing with color generators.
