SitePresser.io is a trading name of Creative Supply Ltd & Tortoise IT Ltd. The term the “Site” refers to SitePresser.io. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, members and any other users of the site.
THE SERVICE WE OFFER
SitePresser.io is a plugin and software vendor which provides licensed, downloadable software products.
All of the content and resources and all other support services provided by SitePresser.io, is subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site and related Facebook community group. By using the membership site or content, you agree to these terms and conditions, without modification, and confirm that you have read them.
SitePresser.io may occasionally need substitute services, content or resources, equal to or comparable to the services, content or resources listed previously, without prior notice or consultation.
ACCOUNT CREATION & ACCESS
In order to purchase the software, you will be asked to provide personal date, including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal preferences. Any registration information that you give to us must always be correct, and regularly updated when there is relevance to the use of your licensed product.
You must not use the personal data of another purchaser to access the site or content contained within the site or provide your own account access details to a unlicensed user. Breach of data sharing will result in the immediate suspension of your license.
FINANCIAL & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
You agreed to use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the website. You agree to use the site only to access the content and resources for your own consumption.
You agree not to share, give or re-sell any of the licensed software products or resources to any third party. You also agree not post any content in the community group which violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libellous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights or would constitute a criminal offence.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to sell or discontinue your license and access to any content or services, without disclosing the reason for the refusal. No access will be granted by us until payment has been fully processed. We will notify you by email if, for any reason, we wish to suspend or cancel your license.
DURATION OF AGREEMENT
Once your order is complete, we will give you access to licensed download and the community group. You agree that access to the account area may at times be interrupted or affected by tools that we use to create the site (web hosting, site plugins, etc.).
You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be taken against SitePresser.io when there are reasonable interruptions to the website.
If you have purchased an annual license, you will be able to access your membership for 365 days after each payment. If you fail to renew your annual license, you will lose access to your product and other resources after the 365 day period expires.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Should you decide to cancel within 48 hours of purchase, we will refund your purchase and revoke access to your product. To request a refund, email hello@sitepresser.io.
CHANGED TERMS
We may at any time amend or change these Terms and Conditions. Such changes take effect as soon as we post them to this website. Continued use of the website by you means you accept these changes. We may update any portion of our membership website and content at any time.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree that we are not liable for any damages arising out of your membership or consumption of the content, resources, community or information contained therein.
THIRD PARTY RESOURCES & RECOMMENDATIONS
The website site, content and resources may contain links to third party websites, tools and products. You agree that we are not responsible in any way for the availability, accuracy or content of third party information or resources.
Links to third party resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with SitePresser.io. You assume all risk arising from your use of any third party resources.
